When we hear the word „wild“, we usually think of forests, lakes and oceans. Untamed nature.
But our everyday lives are also a wilderness that we have to fight our way through day after day. In the chaos of wage labour and care work, we often forget the basics of being human: listening to our body and our senses and working with them. This workshop is therefore about how we can use our senses to practise self-care in everyday life.
