The "Long Night of Music" is one of the most important major cultural events in Munich. Under the motto "One City - One Night - 400 Concerts", visitors are offered live music from jazz to rock and pop at over 100 venues.
From folk to pop and jazz to hip-hop. Four musical acts in KUNSTLABOR 2.
It starts with the first gig at 20:30 with Peter and the Lost Boys. With banjo, fiddle, piano and trumpet, they create a sound reminiscent of "Simon and Garfunkel" and the best of Irish music. The Munich band processes the feeling of being lost and the longing for freedom in their lyrics.
From 21:00 the singer-songwriter will touch Annika Lange from Munich with her strong yet gentle voice. Her musical home is in pop, soul and R&B. She writes her own lyrics, composes and produces the music herself with original field recordings and spoken passages with philosophical lines. The origin of her music carries something dark, which Annika contrasts with a touching positivity.
The AMARi Bar & Canteen, located in the building, offers jazz sounds and delicious aperitifs for all night owls from 21:00.
It continues from 23:00 with the "Late Night Hip Hop Session". JOGI aka Boshi San is a rapper, singer, songwriter and has been a fixture in the Bavarian music scene for many years. He has released various solo, band and guest projects in recent years. Together with the universal artist Raffael Holzhauser aka Ekwal, he will give a first taste of their brand new album "Weltenwanderer". Look forward to great songs that move thematically between rap, politics and love.
