The Long Night of Music 2023

Go to 22. time Munich's great music spectacle invites to the Saturday, 6 May 2023 to concerts, dance and theatre. From 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., night owls will again be spoilt for choice with around 80 venues, from the usual to the unusual, spread throughout the city centre. There will be live music to listen to, dance to and sing along to. In addition to the concerts, there are numerous guided tours, performances and dance classes.

Sofia Lainovic
20:30-21:30

To play live, all she needs is a microphone and a guitar. She is versatile: in her own performances she sings self-penned songs with an unmistakable slightly smoky voice while her brother accompanies her on guitar, but she can also show her rock side, as in "I will Not bother anymore" or sing in musicals. Sofia is a 22-year-old singer-songwriter from Munich. Her genre is a fusion of indie pop and 70s rock with influences of jazz and soul as well as acoustic ballads.

Wood meets voice. The sound of her tree combines chirping locusts with urban electronic sounds.
It is based on recorded nature sounds and the rich and versatile voice of the lead singer her tree.
This experimental combo transforms flies into bass lines and creates very unique and earthy soundscapes.
No ordinary instruments involved.

Reznap & DJ Densi

23:30 - 02:00

Atmospheric melodic house that motivates to dance, refined live by the sound of a classical instrument, the horn. DJ Densi and Reznap enchant their listeners in a special way with this interplay of two different worlds.
