The MUNICH FAN ZONE in the Olympic Park

Only on non-match days in the Fan Zone

As part of its "on tour" series, KUNSTLABOR 2 is part of the big football festival in Munich's Olympic Park. For the next few weeks, the Olympic Park Fan Zone will be the hotspot for all European Championship football fans, but also for fans of art and culture.

KUNSTLABOR 2 is delighted to present several art areas in the MUNICH FAN ZONE as part of its "on tour" series. In addition to an urban exhibition in the art container, you can expect exciting personal conversations with the artists (Artist Talks) who will be our guests during this period. The artists will paint works of art on site (live painting, live art performances) and you can look over their shoulders. The artists are also working together with the artists' collective broke.today live the GIANT WALL. Artificial intelligence (AI) will also be part of the creative process and will take us into the digital world.

Let us surprise you, we are already looking forward to your visit. Kick-off for the art will be on 27 June 2024 and admission and all activities are free of charge.

We recommend travelling by public transport. Underground line U3 direction Moosach, stop Olympiazentrum. Approx. 10 min. walk to the Munich Olympic Park.

Please note that we are only on site outside the European Championship match days.

The world as a guest in Munich - Artists:inside
from Bavaria as guests at the "Cube Exhibition".

Munich as a host city is colourful, and so is our programme!

In cooperation with Cans&Co, we are exhibiting painted and finished cubes by artists in our "Outdoor Gallery".
from Bavaria around our art container. But new cubes are also painted live on site, so that art becomes tangible. All visitors are welcome to marvel at how new and even more colourful cubes are created.

This will not only be a big football party, but also an exciting art party!

Of course you can also take a photo with your mascot.

ART LAB 2 FEAT. "THE GIANT WALL"

During public viewing, people turn their attention to the mega-screens; outside the European Championship matches, guests come to watch the artistically designed "Giant Wall".

Various artists will be playing on the "Giant Wall" during the European Championships. It serves as a large, artistic canvas, which is constantly being repainted or criss-crossed - another exciting art experiment as part of the festival programme. A fair-play interplay in an extraordinary atmosphere that has a lot to offer.

KUNSTLABOR 2
FEAT. GRAFFITI WORKSHOP FOR KIDS

Hands-on activities for children in the Munich Fan Zone: exciting workshops for children and teens aged 10 to 15.

On the pitch it's all about the ball, in our workshops it's all about colour and cans. Become a fan of your own work of art!

How do letters and figures get onto the wall? How do graffiti sprayers develop their style? Our experienced workshop leaders will reveal the answers to these questions and cool stories from the graffiti scene.

They are street artists themselves and have years of spray experience. They will introduce you to the technical and creative basics of graffiti. You'll get first-hand tips and tricks. A very special experience!

Meeting point at our art container.

Feel free to bring your family and friends.
