CONCERT - PETER AND THE LOST BOYS

Off goes the Long Night of Music in KUNSTLABOR 2 with Peter and the Lost Boys. With banjo, fiddle, piano and trumpet, they create a sound reminiscent of "Simon and Garfunkel" and the best of Irish music. The Munich band processes the feeling of being lost and the longing for freedom in their lyrics.

The band consists of six musicians who have found a common home in Munich.

Now they are embarking on a journey to spread a new, home-grown folk attitude. With guitar, bass, banjo, fiddle, piano, trumpet and extended harmonies, they create a sound reminiscent of early Mumford & Sons, the Avett Brothers, Simon & Garfunkel and the best of Americana and Irish music.

In their lyrics, Peter and the Lost Boys process the feeling of being lost in the world, the longing for freedom and the search for a home. Between the lines resonates an indignation towards those who want to exclude us, but also a feeling of celebration, as only Folk can evoke. Together with pounding rhythms and catchy melodies, any time spent with the Lost Boys is guaranteed to be a party!
