As part of the Long Night of Music, a "Late Night Hip Hop Session" with Boshi San feat. Ekwal and their new album "Weltenwanderer" will begin at 23:00. Look forward to great songs that move thematically between rap, politics and love.
Jogi aka Boshi San is a rapper, singer, songwriter and has been a fixture in the Bavarian music scene for many years. He has released various solo, band and guest projects in recent years, including with Glam (Main Concept), Roger Rekless (Team Makasi), David Seinz, Provo Beatz and Tony Crisp.
The producer, composer and guitarist Raffael Holzhauser aka Ekwal is also a much sought-after universal artist who moves with stylistic confidence and passion in a wide variety of genres. Now the two Munich natives have thrown their experience and musical versatility into one pot to produce an album that reflects their shared preference for Rap, Soul and Funk wrapped in a contemporary garment.
The claim: an organic mix of 90ies vibes and modern urban sounds paired with conscious lyrics for people who love different styles.
Under the title "World Wanderer"the two have produced 11 songs that move thematically between rap, politics and love. As part of the "Late Night Hip Hop Session" at KUNSTLABOR 2 during the "Lange Nacht der Musik", the two will give a first taste of the album together with their band.
