SEBASTIAN KLUG VERNISSAGE + EXHIBITION

Sebastian Klug's works move between the genres of photography, sculpture and installation. The starting point for his works are his own photographs, mostly taken in dim lighting with an old Nokia 6300, from the environment of Berlin and Munich nightlife, or found, historical and contemporary photographs and photo prints. By cutting up, interweaving and spatially arranging these photographs and photo prints, fascinating hybrids, objects or walk-in spaces are created that draw the viewer into his visual worlds and allow him to merge with them.
