DESCRIPTION:Start with half an hour of informal yoga—nothing structured or certified\, just gentle movement and breathing (at your own risk) to open your body and mind. Then\, settle into 1.5 hours of writing—bring your own project\, explore prompts I’ll offer\, or simply let your words flow. We’ll end with a short\, optional wrap-up: share something you’ve written or reflect on the experience together. DESCRIPTION:Wenn wir das Wort „verwildert“ hören\, denken wir meistens an Wälder\, Seen und Ozeane. Die ungezähmte Natur.\nDoch auch unser Alltag ist eine Wildnis\, durch die wir uns Tag für Tag schlagen müssen. Im Chaos von Lohn- und Care-Arbeit verlernen wir dabei häufig die Grundlagen des Mensch-Seins: Auf unseren Körper und unsere Sinne zu hören und mit ihnen zu arbeiten. In diesem Workshop geht es deshalb darum\, wie wir mithilfe unserer Sinne Selbstfürsorge im Alltag praktizieren können. \nZum Gastgeber: Xaver Egert\nIch bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere Psychologie an der CFH in München. DESCRIPTION:Wir beginnen mit einem stillen Eintauchen in die Ausstellung: 30 Minuten Zeit\, um Eindrücke zu sammeln und Neues auf euch wirken zu lassen. Danach wählt jede*r eine meiner mitgebrachten „Blüten“ – kleine Impulse\, die eure Fantasie anregen sollen. Mit diesem Gedankenkeim habt ihr 60 Minuten\, um frei zu schreiben: wandernd durch die Ausstellung\, zurückgezogen in einer Ecke oder mitten im Raum. Zum Abschluss kommen wir wieder zusammen. SUMMARY:TURTLE MAGAZIN(E): EXPERIMENTAL JAM
DESCRIPTION:The Experimental Jam is a regular interdisciplinary event organized by the Experimental Munich platform that takes place in different artistic spaces in Munich and will celebrate its one year anniversary at Kunstlabor 2\, taking part in the VERWILDERT exhibition.\nIt is a gathering where performers from different artistic backgrounds come together with curiosity and interest in the investigations emerging from the experiment: dance\, sound\, visuals\, text\, new surroundings and a desire to connect with others. It is a collective improvisation session where the performers figure things out through unknown encounters and collaborate to create new possibilities.\nThe first hour of the event is intended for the artists to get to know each other and do a physical warm-up led by a professional dancer\, followed by two hours of improvisation open to the general public to watch.\nImportant note: Paying for this event will enable you to watch this performance and learn more about how performers work together through improvisation + enjoy the exhibition and spend as much time as you want in it.\nThe artists interested in participating can register directly with the Experimental Munich team by writing to experimental.jam.munich@gmail.com and don’t need to buy a ticket for the exhibition. \nYour Hosts:\nSalomé Rodrigues is a multidisciplinary performer and creator\, born in Porto and now based between Portugal and Germany\, who works with dance\, voice\, and performance art. She creates performances mainly in intimate settings that include interaction with the public\, taking the audience on a journey and going through an experience with her\, being inspired from what is happening in the moment. Her practice is mostly connected to voice and movement research\, instant composition\, and authentic movement tools.\nShe is the founder of the Experimental Munich platform (@experimental.munich)\, curating events aimed at the experimentation and the intersection of knowledge within the interdisciplinary field of the performing arts. \nAngela Mössner is a dancer\, performer\, gyrokinesis trainer and movement pedagogue interested in art that weaves together various influences (literature\, dance\, theater\, philosophy\, anthropology\, somatics\, behavioral psychology\, communication\, sociology\, phenomenology\, etc.) to create an inspiring and moving work of art. Her creative inspiration stems from nature\, universal connectedness\, social resonance and holistic exploration of the spiritual self.
