Start with half an hour of informal yoga-nothing structured or certified, just gentle movement and breathing (at your own risk) to open your body and mind. Then, settle into 1.5 hours of writing-bring your own project, explore prompts I'll offer, or simply let your words flow. We'll end with a short, optional wrap-up: share something you've written or reflect on the experience together. No yoga or writing experience needed-just comfy clothes and something to write with.bring your own yoga mat and writing materials.
\nImportant note: Paying for this event will enable you to also enjoy the exhibition and spend as much time as you want in it.
\nLara W\u00fcster about herself: I'm a writer, workshop facilitator, moderator, political philosopher, scholar in literature, and dancer, based between Berlin and Munich. I founded turtle magazin(e) in 2021 and have since led writing workshops and retreats-including formats that blend movement, mindfulness, and creative expression This session is another way for me to blend movement and words in an easy, welcoming space.<\/p>\n
