Leni Burger<\/a> next Sunday (6 February \/ 11 a.m.), who will not only guide visitors through her own room but also through the other KUNSTLABOR 2 exhibition spaces. Tickets for the guided tour are available in the webshop.<\/p>\nThe artist Leni Burger, who lives and works in Munich, dedicated herself to painting and illustration during her studies. She likes to combine her illustrative style with influences from modern street art. Her current projects mostly utilise transparent media such as different types of glass, acrylic glass or foil. The interplay between the decentralised lighting and her objects gives the viewer a differentiated perception. The artist prefers to use discarded objects in order to make the idea of sustainability and upcycling visible to everyone. Thematically, her art is socially critical, e.g. with clear reference to women's and human rights.
